Hideous! (1997)

A group of rival collectors of human freaks and biological oddities get more than they bargained for when one of Dr. Lorda’s recent acquisitions - a mutant born of toxic sewage - isn’t quite as dead as it appears. It returns to life and reanimates an army of angry, oozing little freaks in this Charles Band directed Full Moon horror film.
