Head of the Family (1996)

In the tiny town of Nob Hollow, the Stackpoole family have been conducting human experiments in their basement. Meanwhile, Lance is having an affair with Loretta, a biker’s wife. When Lance attempts to blackmail Myron Stackpool, (a guy with a massive head on a tiny body… literally the “head” of the family), he learns that Myron controls his family with his mind and sends them off to kill Loretta’s husband in order to frame Lance.
