Cult of the Damned (1969)

aka Angel, Angel, Down We Go.  Debutante Tara Nicole (Holly Near) returns home to her former stag film star mother (Jennifer Jones) and falls under the influence of a charismatic, yet dangerous rock singer (Jordon Christopher) and his deviant band mates (Roddy McDowall and Lou Rawls) in this oddball 60s feature that’s part horror, part black comedy, and part pop music oddity.
