Most of the posters we sell are "Original US One-Sheet Posters" anything else is clearly stated in the description (reprint, daybill, half-sheet or insert).
One-sheet posters are 27x41" for most movies made prior to 1990 and 27x40" for most movies made after 1990. The transition was from 1989-1993 from 27x41" to the 27x40" of today.
The Posters we sell can fit into the following four categories:
Near Mint to Mint - A poster in about the best condition you can find it. Not displayed, only the most minimal of wear, no fading, rips, tape etc.
Very Good - Basically a NM poster that may have something preventing it from being NM like an extra fold, perhaps a single pin hole in the corners, a bit of storage wear or scuffing, pencil marks in the border, etc. This is what we notice most other people call “NM to Mint” condition.
Good - Pretty much an average everyday poster from the collection of any average collector. May have been displayed, theatre used, tacked to somebody’s wall etc. Can have prominent fold lines, small border rips or tears, some writing on the poster (front or back), a crinkle, slight fade or anything that may keep it from being considered better than just “good”. Still desirable and worth adding to your collection - especially if it’s a rare or hard to find poster to begin with. We will also use a good+ or good - rating.
Fair or Poor - Just that, a “Fair” or “Poor” condition poster. If it’s listed in our catalog as fair or poor, it will say why in the description. We don’t generally bother with any thing considered fair or poor, but you never know what kind of really rare stuff may pop up, and you can repair even the most damaged poster, so hey, maybe from time to time, a fair or poor poster may show up in our listings.

Great artwork on this rolled original US one-sheet poster has a few border dings along the left side that would easily frame out, and a small one inch rip about halfway down the left side of the poster that isn’t distracting. Double Feature Poster (1949) It’s another unusual pairing when the zombie horror film, REVOLT OF THE ZOMBIES (1936) with Dorothy Stone and Dead Jagger, is teamed up with the jungle action film, BLOND SAVAGE (1947) with Leif Erickson, Gale Sherwood, and Veda Ann Borg. Classic 50’s horror with Beverly Garland, Bruce Bennett and Richard Crane. Linen backed, fair/good condition US one-sheet. No touch-up’s were done to the poster other than backing it. Western themed horror with Eric Fleming, Kathleen Crowley, Michael Pate, and John Hoyt. Beautiful Reynold Brown artwork on this original US one-sheet poster. The poster has some slight staining in the lower left corner and the usual slight separation at the center folds, but overall, the colors are good, there isn’t any rips, tears, or paper loss, and it displays well as is.

A theater taped an “X” rating over the R rating block. It can be removed, but we left it on the poster rather than mess with it. Still, we will let it go cheaper than what we would normally sell a poster in this overall condition because of it.
Curse of the Faceless Man (1958)
Camp 50s horror with Richard Anderson, Elaine Edwards, and Adele Mara. Tri-folded original US one-sheet poster has a couple of dings along the folds, but was never displayed and displays great. In good+ to Very Good overall condition.

Concert promoter, Bill Graham, took over and booked bands in the legendary San Francisco music and dance hall, Fillmore West from 1966 until 1971, giving a ton of 60s and early 70s bands their first break to perform in front of a crowd and the opportunity to record in the Fillmore as well as the Winterland (along with his New York venue, Fillmore East). Here we have a nice collection of original Fillmore West (and Winterland) concert posters from some of the concerts that Bill Graham promoted until he closed the Fillmore West and East in 1971.

Sean Connery return as “James Bond”! and sets out to protect - and bed down a Russian beauty. 1980 studio restrike poster is an original one-sheet, exactly the same as the 1964 original except that it doesn’t have an NSS number printed on it. I’ve seen dozens of collectors pay original one-sheet prices for these Bond restrikes when they should sell for hundreds of dollars less. The average price of these 1980 restrike posters is usually in the $300 range and they are slowly climbing. This good+ to Very Good condition one-sheet poster has a small storage blemish most people wouldn't even notice on it. Especially for the price we’ll let it go at!Goldfinger (1964)

Rolled US one-sheet poster in good- overall condition. It was on a cardboard for over 20 years, so you can see some cardboard “ribs” running down the poster. They’ll go away in time if kept rolled, but since we took it off the board, we noticed them. It also has an approximately 2x2” corner that was tore off the top left corner and taped back on from the back so the poster is complete.
