Blood Drinkers (1966) , The

aka The Vampire People.  Marco, resident Philippino vampire, hangs out with his dwarf assistant. Together, they seek to reanimate Marco’s long lost love by infusing her with the blood of his victims. He realizes it may be better to just go after her twin sister and go for a heart transplant to make things easier all around.
