Terror is a Man (1959)
Blu-ray Disc - aka Blood Creature. It’s the original “Blood Island” horror-shocker with Francis Lederer as a mad doctor that turns a leopard into a horrible leopard-man… yeah, kind of like Dr. Moreau. Co-producer Eddie Romero later turned the whole Blood Island story into a successful film series with John Ashley. Includes interviews with Sam Sherman, Eddie Romero, and others.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) , The
Blu-ray Disc - Tobe Hooper’s follow up to the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre sure got a bad rap when it first came out. Maybe it was deserved and maybe it wasn’t but I do know one thing, TCM 2 sure did get better with age. The Tom Savini effects that made the film after budget cuts are solid, the atmosphere of the decrepit carnival the family calls home is plenty creepy, and although it may well lack the “grit” of the original, a great camp feel, including a performance by Dennis Hopper as a Texas Ranger looking to avenge his family, and the chemistry between Bill Johnson’s “Buba” (Leatherface) and Bill Moseley’s over-the-top “Choptop” make for some solid laughs as well as scares. Includes commentary tracks from director and cast members, featurette, deleted scenes, and original trailer. Now out of print, this Blu-ray comes with the original art card shrink wrapped to the front cover.

Humanity’s last chance lies with a lone drifter (Roddy Piper) who stumbles across a harrowing discovery - a unique pair of sunglasses that reveal the deadly truth.
Includes commentary with John Carpenter and Roddy Piper, new interview with Carpenter, a making of featurette, trailer, TV spots, and more.

Ticks (1993)
4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Combo - A group of unruly misfit teens are all forced to attend camp at a wildlife preserve. What they don’t know is there is an illegal marijuana grower (Clint Howard) that’s been using a pesticide that has one very unintended side-effect… it turns ordinary ticks into giant, bloodthirsty monsters! One of the better creature-features of the otherwise forgettable early 90s, Ticks pays tribute to the big bug movies of the 1950s while delivering in the blood and gore department. 4K release includes commentary with director Tony Randel and Clint Howard, making of documentary, and more.

Blu-ray Disc - Cameron Mitchell stars in one of the greatest Drive-In exploitation movies ever made! As a deranged handyman, he carves his way through a quiet LA apartment complex, murdering “immoral” women (including adult star Kelly Nichols) using hammers, screwdrivers, power drills... Even a nail gun. Child actor (and the voice of “Lucy” in all of those “Peanuts” cartoons), Pam Ferdin, gets between Mitchell and his nephew Wesley Eure (from the 70’s “Land of the Lost” TV show) with deadly results. Commentary with producer, director, and star, Pam Ferdin. Plus, interview with Marianne Walter (Kelly Nichols), trailer, TV spots, posters and stills and more.

Blu-ray / DVD Combo - Disguised as friendly country folk, a group of people-eating goblins lure visitors to their little town. A family of four soon learn that the town is really one helluva tourist trap… and they are on the menu! Laughably inept, Troll 2 - and, yes, there are no trolls in the film - was written and directed by Italian cult film director Claudio Fragasso, who insisted that the “actors” speak the poorly written English dialogue he wrote instead of improving the dialogue even slightly. It’s gone down as one bad movie night cult film since its release. Includes the original trailer.
Includes both the Blu-ray and standard DVD versions of the film.
Twilight People (1972)
Blu-ray and DVD Combo - It’s a retelling of the ol’ “Dr. Moreau” story, Eddie Romero style! Well, it’s actually Romero’s second retelling of the story as he tried it once in 1959 as “Terror Is A Man”, but this one is in color. Former teen idol John Ashley is our lost-at-sea hero who winds up on the dread island of horrors. The doctor’s daughter winds up setting the island creatures loose, which include an ape man, antelope man, a flying bat man, and Pam Grier as the panther woman. Lots of bad makeup and plenty of gory scenes make it a must for B movie fans. Includes interview with director Eddie Romero, trailer and TV spots.
Includes both the Blu-ray and standard DVD versions of the film.
