Classic German made cheesecake horror is a real hoot. Blu-ray Disc - Aspiring filmmaker Ken Adams just received financing for his first professional documentary on the city’s local lake. What he doesn’t know is that his film will put him on a collision course with the last survivor of the lost city of Atlantis and a battle between man and mutant. Due to prolonged Ohio winter weather issues and a distributor release date quickly approaching, director J.R. Bookwalter had to toss out the majority of his script for the film and basically just let the cast and crew just make it up as they went along. The result, is well, a complete cinematic abomination to say the least. But you sort of need to see it believe it. Includes commentary with cast and crew, location tour, trailer, and much more.

Blu-ray / DVD Combo - Boasting one of the best casts you’ll find in a horror film made for twenty bucks, Clint Howard stars as Gregory, a guy who watched his idol, “The Ice Cream King” murdered as a child. Now all grown up, the demented Gregory has become a murderous ice cream man who delivers mysterious treats as well and killer tricks. Hard to believe so many name actors needed a pay check at the same time, but look around and you’ll find the likes of Sandahl Bergman, Olivia Hussy, David Naughton and what looks like a noticeably half drunk Jan Michael Vincent among the cast. Fun stuff, with some great cheesy gore to boot.

Laughably inept, Troll 2 - and, yes, there are no trolls in the film - was written and directed by Italian cult film director Claudio Fragasso, who insisted that the “actors” speak the poorly written English dialogue he wrote instead of improving the dialogue even slightly.
