Blood Freak (1972)
Here you go. The world’s only anti-drug-christian-bad-monster horror film. Dimwit Herschel falls for bad-girl Ann. After just one toke of a joint Herschel becomes a spastic drug addict. Then he gets himself a job at a turkey farm where he eats drug tainted turkey meat and transforms into a monster with a giant turkey head who feeds on the blood of his fellow pot heads. To make matters even more absurd, the film is narrated by philosophical ramblings from a chain-smoking guy who says basically nothing in between coughing fits. Humanoids From The Deep (1980)
In the sleepy fishing village of Noyo fishlike humanoid creatures rise from the ocean looking to mate with human females in one of the best B horror films of the 1980s. Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 (1986) , The
The Gruesome Edition - Tobe Hooper’s follow up to the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre sure got a bad rap when it first came out. Maybe it was deserved and maybe it wasn’t but I do know one thing, TCM 2 sure did get better with age. The Tom Savini effects that made the film after budget cuts are solid, the atmosphere of the decrepit carnival the family calls home is plenty creepy, and although it may well lack the “grit” of the original, a great camp feel, including a performance by Dennis Hopper as a Texas Ranger looking to avenge his family, and the chemistry between Bill Johnson’s “Buba” (Leatherface) and Bill Moseley’s over-the-top “Choptop” make for some solid laughs as well as scares.
This special edition includes a beautiful remastered, widescreen, print of the film complete with commentary by director Toby Hooper. You also get a second commentary from stars Bill Moseley and Caroline Williams and effects guru Tom Savini, deleted scenes, featurette and more. Out of print DVD.

Satan's Cheerleaders (1977)
Blu-ray / DVD Combo - Four high school cheerleaders and a female teacher are kidnapped by backwoods satanists led by the town’s sheriff (John Ireland). His wife (Yvonne DeCarlo) is killed by savage dogs when they find out that one of the kidnapped girls turns out to be a real witch. She gets particularly pissed off when the sheriff ruins the sacrifices when he rapes the only real virgin among the kidnapped women - the teacher! John Carradine shows up as a bum. After a new nurse is assigned to his ailing mother, she soon becomes suspicious of Kenny’s creepy church, which in turn brings her closer to their unholy wrath. A couple of fun scenes make things easier to get to the end - a girl is pulled into a mirror, and a guy jumps out of an old movie to attack the guy watching it, to name a couple. Otherwise, relish in the horrid acting!
