Here we have a full 24 hour day of programming from the Black and White days of TV on 4 DVDs. We begin with the “Kid’s Clubhouse”, a collection of cartoons (like Betty Boop, Felix the Cat, Popeye, etc) and kid’s shows (Howdy Doody, Paul Winchell and Jerry Mahoney, Lassie, and Superman).

Then we move on to a block of daytime TV (like People are Funny, You Asked for It, What’s my line?, You Bet Your Life, etc) before moving on to TVs Prime-Time hours (with shows like Roy Rogers, Dragnet, Beverly Hillbillies, and others) before settling in with a Midnight Movie Marathon of The Strange Love of Martha Ivers, Cyrano de Bergerac, and The Man With the Golden Arm. Things come complete with popular commercials of the era between programs. 4 DVD Set

Then we move on to a block of daytime TV (like Gulliver’s Travels, The Borrowers,Rescue from Gilligan’s Island, etc) before moving on to TVs Prime-Time hours (with shows like The Lone Ranger, The Cisco Kid, Rango, The Lucy Show, Mannix, and others) before settling in with a Midnight Movie Marathon of The Last Time I Saw Paris, The Snows of Kilimanjaro, and the Proud Rebel. From director Antonio Bido comes this Italian giallo thriller about a young nightclub dancer who witnesses a murder. Now, her boyfriend and her attempt to track down the killer before he can get to her and silence her forever. Stylish, with plenty of atmosphere, WMWIK borrows heavily from Italian masters like Dario Argento and Mario Bava, which isn’t really a bad thing in this case.

New 4K transfer includes original trailers, commentary from somebody that wasn’t in the film, interview with another guy who had nothing to do with the film, and three short films from the film’s director, Antonio Bido.  DVD

Las Luchadoras contra la Momia - Two beautiful female Mexican wrestlers go up against Popoca, the living Aztec Mummy, in this uncut cult classic. In Spanish… sadly, no English subtitles, but uncut and easy enough to follow. DVD

Along with the Bela Lugosi classic, WHITE ZOMBIE (1932), on the second disc. Like most of the DVDs we sell, this collection is now out of print.
