(1931 - 2017) - A true huckster if ever there was one, Conrad will forever be best known as a supporting player in the films of Ed Wood Jr. Here we have him signed in black on an 11x17 video release mini-poster for Plan 9 From Outer Space (1958).

(1928 - 2016) - Relocating from Erie, PA to Pittsburgh, PA, Bill Cardille enjoyed a long career as a TV Newsman, TV personality (that hosted many a local television show, Pittsburgh’s TV wrestling show, etc.) As the long running host of late night’s “Chiller Theater” show, “Chilly Billy” Cardille and his cast of misfits presented B horror films to the masses from 1963 until 1984. Here we have a 10x8 B&W photo of “Chilly Billy” and his Chiller Theater cast on the set of the show. Boldly signed in red “To Danny” and dated 1998.

Here we have producer, writer, and director Jeff Lieberman signed boldly in blue in a terrific area on a 12x18 mini-poster for his cult horror film, Squirm (1976), which features awesome Drew Struzan artwork.

Original Production Check - Here we have an original Laurel Tape & Film, Inc. check (the production company on several George Romero films). It is check #1547, dated 1/5/78, and stamped “Dawn of the Dead” in the memo line. It’s signed by George Romero (1940 - 2017) and his partner and producer, Richard Rubenstein and the check cancel mark doesn’t affect either signature. It’s matted along with Dawn of the Dead poster artwork and a nice shot of Dave Emge as a zombie and matted to an overall 16x22 size for easy framing and display.

“Ronald McDonald” from 1982 until 1997. Here we have a color 6x4 photo of “Ronald McDonald” with some talking happy meal characters. Boldly signed in black by Squire Fridell. Double matted to an overall 10x8 size.

Henry “The Rat” Hill (1943-2012), the original “Goodfella” himself, did a lot of water color painting before his death in 2012, and well, it’s original in it’s childlike quality to be sure. Here we have an original 12x9 water color of the NYC skyline as seen from Jersey across the water, painted and signed by Henry Hill. The upper right corner got too wet and sort of tore off, but we framed it up to an 16x13 size and pretty much matted that corner out. Henry Hill paintings are getting harder and harder to come by, but since this one has a little bit of flawed corner, we’ll let it go cheaper than any we’ve sold in the past.

(1936 - 2012) - S. William “Bill” Hinzman was a cinematographer, director, and of course, the original “graveyard zombie” in George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead (1968). Here we have one of Bill’s business cards, in which he had a little shot of him as the NOTLD zombie printed on it, signed by Bill and matted along with a B&W shot of him attacking “Johnny” from the film. It’s matted to an overall 11x14 size.

Nice little ballpoint pen note “To Alex” on a white 5x3 card signed by Allan Kolman, matted with full color lobby card artwork from David Cronenberg’s They Came From Within (1975) featuring Kolman on the floor in front of the refrigerator during a parasite attack. Matted to an overall 10x12 size.

Here we have 3 trading cards that feature rare color photos of Marilyn Eastman (1933 - 2021), Karl Hardman (1927 - 2007), and Judy O’Dea on the NOTLD shoot. All were signed in sharpie (in person by the CW owner) at the 1993 25th Anniversary Night of the Living Dead show in Pittsburgh, PA. The three cards are matted along with NOTLD poster artwork to an overall 15x16 size.

Judy was of course, “Judy” in George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead (1968). Here we have her signed on a NOTLD “border card” trading card in blue sharpie - it’s a trading card with no picture, but the border to the original NOTLD trading card set that was a cut out on the sheet of cards and usually thrown away. We were given a stack of these border cards by John Russo, who produced and printed the card set, and they were signed at the 1993 25th Anniversary Night of the Living Dead show in Pittsburgh, PA. It’s matted along with a couple B&W photos from the film to an overall 11x17 size.

“Three Stooges” Mat (1914 - 1998) - Emil may have well been considered “The 4th Stooge” for the fact that he appeared in 35 original Three Stooges shorts, 4 of the Stooges feature films, and voiced 22 of the late 60s 3 Stooges cartoons. Here we have a signature card, signed “Keep on Stoogin’ matted along with a B&W photo from the 3 Stooges 1947 short, Half-Wits Holiday. Matted to an overall 14x16 size for easy framing and display.

(1945 - 1995) - Keith will forever be remembered as “Tom”, the young hero of George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead (1968), who got himself and girlfriend “Judy” blown up trying to save the farmhouse survivors. Here we have a great trading card that features a color photo of Keith on the set of NOTLD that was signed before the 1993 25th Anniversary Night of the Living Dead show in Pittsburgh, PA. It’s matted along with a NOTLD logo photo and small B&W photo of Keith on the set, getting ready to shoot a scene to an overall 12x16 size.

Signed Check - Christine Forrest of course became Christine Forrest Romero in 1981 when she married director George Romero, but back in 1978 she was an actress and production assistant that just got off a leading role in Romero’s Martin (1977). Here we have an original 3x8 Laurel Tape & Film, Inc. (the production company behind Romero’s films at the time) company check #1010, dated October 6, 1978 and made out to “Chris Forrest” for $120 (petty cash). It’s more than likely a check that was drawn during the time they were making Dawn of the Dead, but it’s endorsed by Michael Gornick (director of photography on Martin and Dawn of the Dead) and Vince Survinski (the Laurel book keeper and Night of the Living Dead “Possie” member) and made out to Chris, so we have it displayed with a Martin promo lobby card. It’s endorsed twice on the back from Christine Forrest, so signed by three different people four times. We have it nicely displayed in a clear archival 11x14 sleeve so you can simply turn it over to see all the autographs on the check.

(1961 - 2016) - Color photo of the blues singer and B movie actress holding an old time mic in her hands. Matted along with a nice clean ballpoint pen signature of Candye Kane, signed “Bigger is Better!” and matted to an overall 11x18 size.

Director Tobe Hooper’s cannibal horror classic changed horror films forever. Rolled 24x36 reprint poster (from 1988) features the original one-sheet artwork. It’s signed in black by the “cannibal family” - Edwin Neal, Jim Siedow (1920 - 2003), Gunnar Hansen (1947 - 2015), and John Duggan; along with the film’s lone survivor, Marilyn Burns (1949 - 2014). It was signed in person on April 23. 1994 at the poorly attended Vintage Poster Auction in Cleveland Ohio, so it’s a rare one with an in person Jim Siedow autograph, who did very few appearances before he passed away.

2-Signature Photo - Here we have a 14x11 B&W photo of pop culture icon (and popular pin-up model) Bettie Page (1923 - 2008) posing for a camera club on Miami Beach in 1954. Photographer (and model) Bunny Yeager (1929 - 2014) took the photo. The photo is nicely signed by Bunny Yeager and Bettie Page and double matted to an overall 17x14 size for easy framing and display. We obtained the photo directly from Bunny Yeager, who used to act as her middleman when fans wanted autographs. When Bettie passed away in 2008, we bought a small stack of signed photos from her and have had a few stuck away since.

(1902 - 1996) - Nice clean signature of Lyle Talbot matted along with poster art for the the 1949 Batman and Robin serial, where Talbot played the screen’s first “Commissioner Jim Gordon.” Matted to an overall 12x16 size.

Approximately 11x17 limited edition mini-poster we made for the October 4 - 6, 2024 Cinema Wasteland Movie and Memorabilia Expo Hobgoblins Reunion. Signed by five: Rick Sloan (writer / director), Tom Bartlett (“Kevin”), Kari French (“Pixie”), Duane Whitaker (“Roadrash”), and Kenneth Hall (Hobgoblin fabricator). Everyone added their character name under their signature. This is poster #18 of only 20 printed.

Brett Halsey signed “The Fly II” in black on a 19x13 British quad poster print for the horror classic, RETURN OF THE FLY (1959).
