Godzilla vs Biolante (1989)

When a genetically engeneered form of plant life is mutated using a few Godzilla cells, Boilante is born. It doesn’t do much, so Godzilla steps in to trample Tokyo before stumbling upon the giant plant thing and does battle with it. It sets up Space Godzila, so it counts for something, right?
