So dopy it will bring back memories of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians, with men in tights and bunny masks, the fairy godfather, the fornication police, and adorable Catherine Erhardt as “Cindy”, a girl who will overcome every erotic obstacle (and silly musical interlude) she comes across to be with her prince. House of Cinema Wasteland. By constant request, we’ve gone back to the earliest days of the Drive-In to present our first “oldies” collection of 60 different horror movie trailers from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s... with a few 60’s trailers tossed in for good measure. This is where you’ll find all your favorite B&W classics like Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolfman and Creature From the Black Lagoon trailers, along with sci-fi classics like The Blob, Forbidden Planet and more. We even tossed in some 60’s stuff like a couple of Godzilla movie trailers, some from Hammer studios, and stuff like the creepy 60’s horror outing, The Screaming Skull, since they all fit into the theme of the collection (and we wanted to make sure it ran a solid two hours long like the other trailer volumes.)

Al Adamson hatchet job started out life as a reedited version of Svengali, released in 1974 with some new footage added as the soft sex Satan flick, Lucifer’s Women. More new footage with John Carradine was added to turn it into a Satanic vampire movie, and presto, Dr. Dracula was born! Confused? Then you probably don’t know much about Independent International Pictures... But you should, so start with any of the Al Adamson films until you get through as many as you can find. Includes original trailer for Lucifer’s Women, a rare spook show promo, and plenty of other Al Adamson movie trailers. Tough to find DVD.

** Please Note - This is a “cut out” DVD with a small cut through the UPC code on the back of the DVD box. Otherwise, it’s a factory wrapped original.

Young and attractive college student, Melissa, travels to Holfen to spend the holiday’s at her Uncle Conrad’s castle. There she finds her uncle cold and dismissive and her aunt Ingred bitter and constantly drunk; reliving the time Conrad killed his brother Andros after he found him banging her over and over. Seems that Conrad is a disciple of the infamous Dr. Orloff (who gained an “f” in his name since the first film) and has turned Andros into a human automation that seeks out and kills strippers, prostitutes, and various ladies of the evening that Conrad gives a strange necklace transmitter to. Yep, it’s a weird one from cult director Jess Franco. That’s for sure. It’s also long out of print. Contains the original French and Italian trailers and over ten minutes of alternate and deleted footage as a bonus. DVD
